AGM and other updates

Confirmation of AGM Date: 29th Feb at 7.30pm at Pickhams in Wilmington. All AAG members are welcome to attend. If you need directions please email.

The Agenda will be:

• Those present / apologies,
• Minutes of the last meeting,
• Matters arising,
• Reports from committee members: Treasurer - presentation of accounts, Membership, Events, Chair .
• Election of officers: Chair, Treasurer, Membership , Secretary, Events , Newsletter, any other posts.
• Motions / constitution. 
• AOB. 
• Date of the next meeting.

The Art Show in May will now not be on the May Day Bank Holiday weekend as this will be a busy weekend for everyone. The revised date is 12/13th May with setting up on 11th May. Booking forms and further details will be available shortly after the meeting on the 29th - if you have not already done so, send a SAE to AAG, c/o Magpie Cottage, Hayreed Lane, Wilmington, Polegate, BN26 6RR if you'd like a form posted to you.

We have now been offered fantastic prizes for our Paint me a Bluebell competition from Great Art, SAA and Jacksons  Art Supplies.  Please do spread the word about the competition aand make sure you get your entry in by 31st March. Full details here.
