November & December Events - Dates for your diary

Arlington Art Group - Art Sessions

Arlington Village hall, Thursdays, 7-9pm, £5 (£2.50 AAG members). Bring your own materials and projects to work on.

Please note, there is NO SESSSION on 19th Nov but there is a Parish council meeting in the hall if anyone is interested in attending, where the local road issues and proposals for house building in the parish will be discussed.

Next art session will be on  26th Nov, Bob Sparkes will give a short Demo and a WORKSHOP - details not known yet, but I will put them on the website if/when I hear. Otherwise, I suggest bringing board or canvas and acrylics or whatever medium you wish to use. Bob does bright and bold abstracts with an architectural feel. £5 or £2.50 with active LOYALTY card

December art sessions on 3rd and 10th. Our Christmas social with nibbles, drinks and hopefully some music will take place on 17th, we then break until the new year.

Finally....
As some of you may know, I recently had the good fortune to be given a wonderful commission and the opportunity to travel to New York for 2 weeks. There are some photos on my blog page but I would like to give a short presentation about the project at one of the art sessions early in the new year, so keep an eye open for updates. Josie's blog.
