The group are delighted to welcome back Juliette Dodd.
This is a portrait demo and workshop, and is always lots of fun.

Silk painting demonstration and workshop with Amanda Rose.
This workshop will be held over 2 sessions and is £10 per session.

Amanda Rose - 'silk painting' demo/workshop on November 24th and December 1-  limit of 8 people, first week will be 'playing' and the second week we will create something. Price TBA as materials will be included. Those not participating in the workshop can still watch the demo and then can work on their own projects as usual.
DEC 15th - we will meet at the Yew Tree Inn, Arlington at 7pm for a pre- Christmas drink (we will have a group New Year meal sometime in January)

Jane Dwight  - Chinese painting workshop at Arlington Art Group on January 26th. £2.50 members,

Kate Osborne - watercolours: demo on March 23 then Workshop on 30th. £2.50 member per session

In Perspective Arts Crafts & Models, Bexhill
Local artist Kerry Bennett will be demonstrating oil painting and watercolour painting using Winsor & Newton professional quality paints. This is a great opportunity for your members to see a fellow artist at work, to learn and share tips and to see the versatility and quality of the art products used.

Thurs 27th October - Art History Talk

7pm, Thursday 27th October. Arlington Village Hall.
Andrew Forrest will come to give us a talk on Harold Swanwick (1866-1929) who lived in Wilmington. The talk will last about 50 minutes and Andrew will bring a display and items that would be of interest including his tracings and an original watercolour which you can look at after the coffee break. We have the hall until 9pm so if there is time left, you can do some painting.
£2.50 AAG members, £5 visitors. All welcome.

Reminder - there will be a brief committee meeting (open to all) at 6.30 pm before our regular art session this Thursday, 6th October. Hazel will be telling us a little bit about David Hockney, who is our 'artist of the month' for inspiration.
The session on Thursday 14th October will be a regular session. There is no session on 20th October.
